...We would like to thank you for building us such a wonderful home. We had previously heard how difficult building a custom home could be but found that to be quite the opposite. Our experience in dealing with Accent Realtors and coordinating with Westerfield Family Builders was a very smooth experience. We especially enjoyed dealing with Steve Arbuckle on every detail of the house. He was always very accommodating and professional. We still cannot believe how clean he made sure our home was on move-in day.
Ultimately the quality of home that Westerfield Family Builders constructs has impressed us very much. In closing we would like to thank you again for making us very happy with our decision to build. We would highly recommend you to anyone considering building a custom home.

Dear Jeff,
...We want to let you know how happy we are with the new Westerfield home that you built for us. Over the past year we've had the opportunity to watch, from the foundation up, the construction of houses here in Honey Creek. We were astonished to see some of the shortcuts made by other builders and mistakes that were hidden behind sheetrock. By contrast, we watched our house being built with great features like reinforced foundation, thorough insulated and wrapped walls, and excellent plumbing. We made a promise to thank you for the new house we call home

...Just a quick story we were recently at our neighborhood Home Owners Association where it turned in to the usual "bash the builder" night. We sat listening to many of our neighbors complain about the lack of quality in the their homes and the fact that their builders warranty program did not meet their needs. When one of my neighbors turned to me and asked what kind of problems we were having with our builder I just smiled and said "We didn't have any we have a Westerfield Home." Several other WFB home owners echoed our sentiments. It was a good feeling.
Thanks for our beautiful home and the peace of mind that come from owning a Westerfield Family Builder home.

Everyone--on your staff made us feel like we were an important part of the process.
