The warranty allows the new homebuyer to walk through the home prior to closing making sure any issues or concerns are taken care of prior to moving in.
The warranty also accommodates any warranty issues discovered after the homebuyer has occupied the home for 30 days. This allows the homebuyer the peace of mind that their new home will be taken care of after the sale.
wfb home program includes a 24 hour emergency number for the rest of the life of the warranty for items that are of an urgent nature.
